Fruity Frozen Yogurt Bark

Fruity Frozen Yogurt Bark - Baby & Toddler Recipe

L loves berries – all berries! If you give her a bowl of blueberries, raspberries or strawberries she’ll eat the whole thing in just about a minute. So for her afternoon snack yesterday I mixed it up a bit by making her frozen yogurt bark with honey. It turned out great! She’s not quite used to the taste of frozen foods yet though, so even though she was a bit surprised at first, she ended up loving it. I used a sugar-free greek yogurt and mixed in a little bit of honey, topped it with fruits and then froze the bark overnight. Easy peasy!

This recipe’s perfect for cooling down on a hot summer day, and so much healthier than your typical chocolate bark. Once it’s frozen it tastes a little bit like frozen milk with a hint of yogurt, it’s quite refreshing!

This post’s a bit short as we’re late to meet a friend for coffee, but you’ll find the recipe below! Happy weekend everyone, enjoy!!
