It’s Finger Food Friday, and today we decided to munch on some soft-boiled egg cups and breadsticks. Baby girl loved her egg cup, and had so much fun dipping the toast into the egg yolk. She ate about half an egg, leaving the leftovers for mommy’s breakfast. After all, the taste of egg can be a pretty big adjustment for babies so it’s good to give them just a little at a time so that they can adjust. Of course, in case you’re worried about allergies or reactions this might not be the best recipe. And as always, don’t add any salt to the eggs 🙂
Soft-Boiled Egg CupsPrint Recipe
- 1 piece of bread
- 2 eggs
Boil the eggs for 5-7 minutes.
In the meantime, toast the bread and cut it into little sticks.
Remove the egg shell from the top half of the egg and place in an egg cup. Snip the top of the egg off with a spoon.
Dip, and enjoy!
